New hole and old filling

I was checking my upper teeth yesterday and found this black spot on an area i'm supposed to have a sealant on. I thought it was food, so i rinsed, tried brushing it off, then used a pick to feel it was indeed a hole.

The second image is an old filling I have. My dentist says its fine as long as there isn't much sensitivity, but my teeth are chronically sensitive, and it looks extremely fragile. I don't know if I should push to get a new filling, or if digging any deeper in the tooth would make me have to do another root canal.

The third image is a progression of the other molar on the opposite side. Same thing, they said it's not a problem and there's no cavities. But I constantly have sensitivity issues, and they said I have a prefect routine. I don't know what to do. Am ai just freaking out?

Looks like it, sorry
Tne premolar has a little chip in the fissure sealant. I'd probably touch it up if I was your dentist.
Second image is a fairly worn old composite. I agree with your dentist, leave it alone unless it starts giving problems.
3rd image doesn't show any issue at all.

@Gordon Thank you for your reply. Does it look like I have to get it fixed right away? My next appointment isn't until november, and I dont think insurance will cover another visit before then

I can't tell from a photo. If the sealant has a hole all the way through it then I'd not be comfortable leaving it for that long. They can decay quite fast if you're unlucky.
I can't see how it would cost anything much to have a quick look and add a drop of sealant to it, but I don't practice in the US!
