Hi all .
Bit of an odd one
I was eating and my teeth kept moving so I took them out and finished eating but I didn’t realise the seabond seal wafer thing was still on root of my mouth and I swapped it with me food .
I’m worried in case it will get lodged in throat .
Any advice please
