so puffy and still bleeding???

hiii i got all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted on Thursday afternoon it's now sunday morning the papers say i can start eating soft foods today but my jaw is super stiff still and there's such big blood clots coming out still everything online is telling me i shouldn't be bleeding anymore and i really don't want to call them since it hurts to speak im trying to take the meds they gave me but it's starting to hurt to swallow again just like the first day.. i thought i was doing a good job at taking care of myself but im starting to doubt that now please help or at lease help my nerves i don't think me sitting here crying is helping much either
