anxiety when i cannot swallow

hello....i have a very small mouth and cannot handle having many things in my mouth at once and not being able to swallow. It makes me feel as if i am drowning or suffocating and i feel like i am going to have a heart attack.I have a crown appointment in a couple months and was told it would be at least an hour and a half...i am dreading it!!
