Can I drink my morning coffee with a straw after tooth bonding?

I just had my two front teeth bonded today, when is it ok to drink coffee through a straw? I usually always use a straw to drink coffee to prevent staining. Is it ok to drink my morning cup with a straw or do I absolutely need to wait 24-48 hours? My hygienist said I could use a straw tomorrow but I read a lot of articles saying otherwise. ( tomorrow morning will only be 16 hours since my teeth were bonded)

Ideally you should give it 48 hrs. It's important to give the surface as good a chance to fully cure as possible, it'll save you money in the long run
