I have just had a front partial denture, no pain, looks good, but i can't stop crying, feel like i have a mouth full of plastic and the only person in the world with dentures. Will these feelings and discomfort pass? Help:cry:

It might be like back when I had a retainer. It covered my entire hard palate and felt awful. It was almost invisible to other people though. It took me probably two weeks before I could snap it in and not constantly be aware of its presence. I was surprised that I got used to it since it was so intrusive.

Thanks for input. Here's hoping I get used to it.

You will definitely adjust! I promise. At first it's really hard because it feels SO weird! You're constantly aware of this big plastic thing there! But then you do stop noticing. It just takes a little time. Hang in there
