Do fillings in front top teeth hurt the worst?

Just a quick question that I'm hoping isnt too silly... I recently discovered that i have a tiny cavity in my front right top tooth, I have heard that a filling here can hurt the worst.... Is this true??? I'm really scared..but i want to get it dealt with before it gets much biggger

Hi,

I am not a dentist.

But I have a HUGE filling in my front top right tooth. In fact that tooth is more filling than tooth. And I can assure you that it didn't hurt at all.

The sooner you can get it taken care of the better.
