Failed root canal?? Advice please.

Hi,

Have a checkup next week to see how my root canal treated front tooth is doing.

I am certain the treatment failed, as I have mild pain now and then, and the lump on my gum.

How likely is it that I will be able to have another root canal? At 22 years old not really willing to lose my front tooth What should I be preparing for?

Fairly likely. Options are either to retreat it or retreat plus apicectomy. If it were me, I'd be getting a specialist endodontist to do the retreat though.
