Feeling of suffocation through nose at dentist

Hey, count me in. I have the same problem (it started after my third tooth filling). Not opening my mouth too wide, avoiding intentional tongue expansion, and letting the spray go down to the left molar to bite on one side all seem to help. I'm not sure which one makes the biggest difference, but it has reduced the issue from happening every time to just 1-2 times. It also ensures I can still breathe on the right side. I need to tilt my chest slightly to the right, supported by my left hand, to make breathing easier. By the way, I have a long-term nasal blockage issue, which I suspect might be related to this as well.

Hope my tips help someone!
