HELP!!!! IDK if my extraction socket is healing right.

I didn't have a wisdom tooth removed I had my number 19 molar removed in the back left. I am petrified of dry socket and really want to know if it sounds like its healing right. It has been a little over 100 hours since my extraction. There is a white ring around the hole and some little white chunks inside ( it can't be food because I have been super careful when I eat and I have mostly eaten liquids). I have been in bed mostly since the extraction went to work today but left yearly. Haven't eaten much I had some lasagna yesterday but mostly soup milk shakes pudding a applesauce and only water the rest of the time. i have not drank from a straw and i dont smoke. I have done the salt water rinses everyday 3-4 times everyday I don't have pain maybe a twinge here and there but no pain really and no bleeding that I can notice.
SOMEONE PELASE HELP!!!!! Does it sound like it is healing okay? And do you think I am in the clear for dry socket?

Most people are in the clear from dry socket after 72 hrs. It sounds like you're doing everything right. If you had dry socket, you'd know because you'd be in a lot of pain. The white stuff in the socket is likely granulation tissue which is part of healing.
