Is it safe to use Paradontax or a high flouride toothpaste daily?

I saw a post on another forum saying that high flouride toothpaste can erode enamel??

Is this true as I have been using Paradontax every day for a few months so am very worried now!

That posting was utter bollocks, so not true. Yes you can use higher F toothpaste if you want.
