My front teeth are about to fall out

I have gum disease and recceeding gums and have neglected my teeth for nearly 10 years and my front teeth are about to fall out. I am absolutely petrified of the dentist and dont know what it's gonna take to get me there. What makes the matter worse is that im currently 8 months pregnant
