My gums are growing over my teeth.

Im 23 yrs old and have bad teeth ever since i feel pregnant 4yrs ago. Ive been to the dentist but its so hard to go all the time when i cannot afford it. I had lumps behind the front and bottom teeth for about a week. I thought they were getting better but i woke up this morning and my gums are halfway over my teeth. I dont know what to do. I cant get to a dentist. Are there ne home remedies to help this?

you do need to see a dentist- however in the meantime- use a mouthwash- chlorhexidine gluconate if you can get to a pharmacist, or alternatively- luke warm water with a teaspoon of salt stirred in. also do keep brushing the gums gently- even if they bleed.
drink plenty of water and take some vitamins. if you are a smoker- lay off the cigarettes as much as you can.
hope you can see a dentist soon and that things get better
