I'm going to get all of my wisdom teeth extracted soon, and I was wondering about taking valium before the procedure versus laughing gas. I'm absolutely insisting on a general anesthesia, but I'm worried about how I'm going to react before that kicks in... not such a big fan of needles
I've read that some people take valium about an hour before the extraction, while others just request laughing gas so they relax and don't freak out about the needles for the IV. Has anyone here done this before their dental surgery?
Thanks for any feedback
