Swollen tissue?

The tissue inside my cheek on the left side bunches up quite a bit. The other side does but only a little. This bunches all the way from the bottom of my connective tissue to the top where you can see it bows outwards.

Could this be caused by my chronic grinding/biting? Could it be another issue causing it? For the last few days since this has been happening it feels like a dull/heavy? sensation in that cheek/part of my face.

edited to add: its like a dull heaviness/indescribable feeling to be honest. Almost like a thin layer of something is spread across that cheek. Also this isn’t the first time i’ve felt this. It has came and went a few times in the last few months

You're probably biting the area during your bruxing (proper name for clenching/grinding). It's not really a big deal if it stays like this.
 
@Gordon Ok, I figured it was probably related to bruxism. Thanks for the reply!
