After talking with a care coordinator the only places that cater to medically complex patients with dental needs are public hospitals two hours away from me. I do not drive and haven't left my house except for the ER and two dental appts (where nothing was done) in about 7 years. I have dysautonomia (diagnosed, extreme temp intolerace and labile vitals), 1-2 non-drainable, bilateral periapical abscesses on lower molars (one almost a year old), medical related C-PTSD (diagnosed), and agoraphobia with panic disorder (diagnosed), have multiple antibiotc allergies or adverse reactions, and am basically maxxed out on daily diazepam to handle anxiety. I am not in pain as I type, but that may be partially due to eliminating all stress in my life and never going near anyone sick. But chewing on my right side is near impossible due to associated extreme molar pain when chewing on food.
The procedure itself could take only 15 with an experienced surgeon, there's only at most 2 molars involved. So it's mental but also not something I can just 'will' through without being a bit careful. If they could just do it while i'm asleep at home or waking up that'd be preferable, or at a local hospital (bedside) but no one wants to help in that way.
Even when I was healthier a decade ago I had to go to like 7 different dental places before a dude just started operating after I said no. I still have those issues but am now less healthy. But my immune system is fine and don't have diabetes/AIDs/leukemia etc. I think lower molars can theoretically be particularly dangerous, even thought the admin told me I would not die due to it under any circumstance.
I am currently trying to get in touch with a virtual infectious disease specialist to nagivate around my extensive adverse reactions to antibiotics. After that, dunno.
Whatever solution there is I'd likely need to repeat it a few more times in my life, for some reason I considered myself immune to dental issues for a decade because I never forgot brushing.
