Hello everyone!
I had one of my back teeth extracted on Wednesday afternoon and I'm ever so frightened that I'm going to get dry socket. Apparently it's even more painful than toothache! It has been three full days since I had it done and so far I've experienced absolutely no soreness, no jaw ache, no swelling or anything. It just feels like a normal tooth (only it's not there).
I know I should rinse my mouth four times a day with salt water, but so far I've only managed this once. I still brush my teeth but I'm very careful with it.
So I'd like to know, how long till I'm safe from dry socket? And how likely is it that it will happen?
