Wisdom teeth extractions — very scared

Hello.

I’m due to get my upper right wisdom tooth, upper right 2nd premolar and lower right wisdom tooth removed on the 11th December with iv sedation. I’m very worried about the whole removal process and the healing especially as it’s so close to Xmas. My dentist never said if these would be ok extractions just that they need to come out. Is there anything you can tell me by these x-rays about the extractions? Will I need bone removed to get the lower one out? The lower one keeps getting pericoronitis so it’s got to go. Been scared about dry socket as I keep being told I will get it in my lower one as it’s a bottom tooth

Not a lot, you can never tell from an x-ray whether it's going to be easy or not.

Will I need bone removed to get the lower one out?

Maybe, don't worry about that though, it doesn't make any difference to the healing, just adds a few minutes to the extraction

It's not automatic. The risk factors are
1) Smoking THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE!
2) Prolonged "difficult" extraction
3) Female more likely than male
4) Lower more likely than upper

If you're getting it removed surgically, then it's likely to be sutured closed and less likely to cause dry socket.

Probably just an artefact on the film, nothing to bother about.

Last question I promise… Is that bone or gum that is going slightly across the wisdom tooth? My general dentist said he could get that out but my anxiety is to bad to Do it fully awake

Hard to be sure, x-rays are a 2d image of a 3d object It looks more like soft tissue than bone though.
