Hi.

So I've noticed a little achy'ness on or around my back upper wisdom tooth lately, it grew in kinda crooked, but has never really given me too much problems. Today I wanted to make sure there was nothing major going on, so I have this little dental mirror, I put it back there and shined a flashlight on it and I saw two little white dots, about the size of a pimple, behind the tooth, on the gum. Not exactly on top of the gum by the tooth though, it's almost like where my upper jaw line starts to go up, like the backside of the upper jaw that holds all the teeth. I don't see or feel any sort of infection pockets, there is no blood or discharge when I floss or poke around. The tooth has no filling in it, shows no sign of decay or anything, There is no pain when chewing back there. I'm wondering if I could maybe have cold sores or something way back, or if it's anything that will go away on it's own. I'm just really scared that it's going to be an infection or something and they'll want to take the tooth out. Any ideas what this can be?

Not a clue without seeing it. Leave it till Monday, if it hasn't gone away then go get it looked at. If there are no symptoms then nobody is going to suggest taking your tooth out.
