For about 5 days now,I have had a what i can only explain as Burning sensation/Aching gums around the front upper teeth.

I feel no pain or anything when chewing on these teeth,Or when drinking hot/cold drinks,And when i brush or floss i rarely see any blood.

What could it be?..Can stress/depression cause this sort of stuff?...i have been stressed out a lot lately.

It could be that you are clenching your teeth causing pressure on these teeth. Stress can cause you to be tense and do this does your jaw ache at times too or do you wake up with headache sometimes. These are also symptoms of clenching or grinding teeth. :butterfly:

Do you think you clench either at night or through the day that you are not aware of?

Hi and thanks for replying,

Not sure on the clenching,Although like i said i have been really stressed out/frustrated so i could have been..not had jaw ache but my jaw has always seemed quite stiff.

Headache yes past couple of days but just put that down to lack of sleep/tiredness. :(

Stress/depression could cause you to do this. Could you go and see your dentist just to have things checked. Stress can cause all sorts of things to happen to our bodies :grouphug::grouphug::grouphug::butterfly:
