Long story short, I have been suffering for the last 15 years because of my own fault. I was diagnosed with advanced periodontal disease. Due to my finance, I was going to a major university for cleaning every 3 months. I think it was under control because there were less bleeding, less inflammation around my gum.
I joined my family in a new city 8 months ago, and it has been impossible for me to see a specialist, for a variety of reasons. I became patient at another dental school here in New York, but my first appointment with them was called and right after COVID 19 started, and they remain closed.

Now my situation became worse. The two last teeth on the left became loose recently, and are bleeding every single time. When I wake up in the morning, my mouth is pretty much full of blood; Throughout the day, it is blood every time I check my spit, even though the teeth doesn't seem to hurt anymore.
When I called the university requesting to see a specialist as an emergency condition, they prescribed a mouthwash that hasn't been effective so far. And told me that they can't see me until in July...

I only imagine the disgust felt by people around me like my wife and kids; I am so afraid because it was my own ignorance, lack of care that put me here, and I would hate to make it worse. I already have denture in two lower front teeth, totaling 3 lost teeth so far in my 40ies...Large gaps in my upper fronts which gave me social anxiety, constantly afraid of bad breath around people even though I brush twice daily...

Here in New York, I have the impression that dentists are still closed; I am wondering what I can do, even if I have to go to another state even though I don't insurance coverage...Any advice would be appreciated...

Yes dentists in NY are closed longer than the rest of the USA. Adjacent states are open at least to some degree

Thank you for your reply. How serious should I consider this condition?
