dull throbbing pain in all teeth after extraction

Hello, I'm in need of some advice about an extraction I had done 5 days ago.
I had my 2 second pre-molars out 5 days ago, one of which was badly fractured so i had to have an incision made in my gum to allow the root to be extracted. as soon as the anesthetic wore off i was in unbearable pain, i took ibuprofen to releave the pain, then paracetamol after 2 hours or so, I have been taking the same amount of pain relief now since the extraction, every 4 hours... I'm pregnant and im a little worried that this is too much!
also now, all my teeth at the front of my mouth ache, the dull pain and aching im getting from them is worse than from the extraction sites.
I keep getting the urge to bite down and the does help the pain to subside slightly.. but when i release my bite and relax, the pain comes back.
I have bought an ultra soft bristled tooth brush to help not irritate the extraction sites, but now my gums bleed pretty badly after brushing, i have tried using cordosyl to help relieve my mouth, it worked at first.. but now i get a terrible burning sensation all over my gums.

Why haven't you contacted the dentist? It sounds like you have a dry socket... please give your dentist a call as soon as you can.
