Fear or losing teeth

Due to mouth dryness caused by Lupus, daily medication (cumedin & plaqunil) my teeth are nearly destroyed. The six top front teeth have been chipped and through erosion, have developed openings in the bottom of each tooth.
Has anyone else experienced this?

often times even teeth that are badly broken can be saved with crowns. it is not an automatic lost cause.
