First dentist appointment in approximately 10 years in 3 days time.

I am going for my first dentist appointment in approximately 10 years on Saturday (3 days time) I think I am going to need quite a lot of work done. I have a huge fear of the dentist. I have put off making an appointment for a very long time. I have resorted to filling holes in my teeth with temporary fillings. I am currently feeling crippling fear of the appointment and excitement at getting the work done. I am finding the excitement quite odd. I feel come Saturday I will be a nervous wreck.

I think when I say excitement I mean about having nicer looking teeth.
