Flying after numerous fillings

I had several fillings done under IV sedation about a week ago. The procedure went well, but my teeth and jaw have understandably been very sensitive and aching. I have a 4+ hour flight coming up, and I'm worried the altitude will aggravate the pain I'm already experiencing.
