I got thru my appointment and they put on some temporary crowns, till mine get back from wherever they make them at. I was there for 2 and half hours, but hopefully the worst is over. It wasn't bad, didn't hurt, just the sound and the vibration from the drill kinda freaks me out. Now just gotta watch what I eat so I don't pull the temoprary crowns off.
Next the dentist is going to make me a night guard for my tmj. Hope it helps that. I used to have one and wore it for years, one day I dropped it on the floor ( a couple of years ago and it broke in half) I dont have the dental insurance anymore that I had then, so I couldn't afford to go back to the tmj specailist to have one made.
This new dentist (my other dentist is retiring and just working part time, I will miss him, he was really gently. I was worried about this one being gentle, but he was very gentle and seemed to do an excellent job with my phobia

) is going to make me one.
He also says I need braces but I am 51 years old and thinks its kinda silly, not only that but there is no way that I can afford braces right now.
