Having pain when i bite on one side after fillings

So I have a huge fear of the dentist. I had 9 cavities filled 2 weeks ago. Sunday i was chewing on the left side an every time i bit in a certain spot I would get a sharp pain. The pain goes away when im not chewing or only chewing something soft. I have to go tomorrow for them to check my bite but its hard to tell since my top teeth are all fake . will i have to be numbed for them to fix it ?(huge fear of needles) could this be a more serious problem? Will the pain from chewing go away if they do fix my bite ? Or could it be a new problem? Please help answer mt questions i go tomorrow an im terrified.
