Horrible front tooth fillings

I had fillings put in the tops of my front teeth and were they sanded them down the having little patterns all over them like lines and swirley marks and look horrible when i smile they all feel rough and rough around the edges if i go back is there anything they can do to make them feel and look better thanks

Can you post a picture?
In general these can be contoured and polished very nicely.
Many times you see poorly finished restorations from high volume practices. Just go back and complain.
