Good afternoon everyone.

As in the title.

Thank you for your reply in advance.

Can you expand a bit on how it's being treated? There are a few different ways.

Good morning Gordon.

There was putting of zinc oxide medication in the gum pocket, some time later there was sanding and rinsing my mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash. Nothing helped too much - my gums are still painful more or less, bleeding and something like swollen in my feeling.

I'd like to ask what more can be done, if anything.

Hi Kitty. You're a bit young to be having deep periodontal (gum) pockets, so I was a bit surprised at the question.
First action is for the dentist or hygienist to get into the pocket and clean it out, if that doesn't clear it up then you can try putting some medication into the socket, oxytetracycline chips are quite quite effective. I've never heard of putting ZnO into the pocket, might be a Polish thing?
Squirting some Chx mouthwash directly into the pocket with a syringe can be done, but I don't know if you could manage that?
