how to deal with decay on front teeth

I will be needing to get some of my front teeth sorted cosmetically where they have rotted a little bit, could you tell me what the process is and how they do it? I know they will obviously get the bits of rot out but after that how do they build the tooth up?

what do they use and how do they do it could you just talk me through it abit or someone that knows? Will they make the bad bits up to look like real tooth and will it look respectable?

Clean out the rot, bond in some tooth coloured plastic and polish to match the tooth. Depending on how much of his time you're paying for, the dentist can match them in very very precisely to the natural tooth.
