(Had my stroke in 2014 and a heart attack last August) About 5 years ago I had a chipped tooth try to eat a sub. It was painful so I had the tooth extracted. No problem. But after that tooth I had gum disease and serious periodontitis. I had a loose tooth but my blood pressure is so high that it couldn't pull. A refferal from an oral surgery and he saw my x rays and said all of teeth (21 teeth) have to be extracted. The plan is to be 21 tooth with "simple extraction" which costs $450 for each tooth. Waiting for the insurance to approve. Should be afraid of waking up general anthesia (basically asleep) in so much pain and swelling? How about panful dry socket?
