I feel something moving in my gums,

Something is growing in my gums. I I feel it moving it tightens and releases. It’s getting bigger.

Hi. Looks to me like residual roots of a molar the broke long ago. These roots need to be extracted and if they are indeed mobile- it should be super easy.
