hi,
I just went to a dentist last Saturday, who gave up on me and kicked me
out of there - I couldn't believe it. The advertised themselves as "catering
to cowards" too. I did not act badly or anything, I just have a problem
with gagging on those digital x-ray devices.
So now I have to find another one. They gave me a referral to a dentist
who does IV sedation ,but he wanted $425 just for the cleaning and exam,
IV sedation extra. That is just plain greedy.
I wonder how many dentists actually do N2O, because the last time I went
to the dentist, a year ago, we all just struggled with it, and did not get
complete x-rays on me. Why don't they have more common sense, and
just give me something to help me with it? I dunno.
Anyway, now I dread having to call around, and just wanted to get an
idea of how common it is for dentists to use N2O these days.
Thanks!
