I had my wisdom teeth in the morning of Sept 18, so its been a little over 2 days (around 53 hours Post).my bottom two teeth were impacted.*

when i looked into my mouth yesterday, i noticed on my left whole that there is a dark red clot (which i assume is good), but on the right side, i DO NOT see any blood clot. i could not even see a big hole. it is mostly white, with a small toothpick sized hole in the middle.. i rinsed with salt water but the white thing did not lessen, so it isnt food right?

right after my surgery, i stopped bleeding on my right side fairly quickly, around about 2-3 hours post surgery, while my left side bled for about 10 hours..*

could this just mean that the right side is healing that quickly??? does the blood clot completley disappear within 24 hour of surgery???? or does this mean that the clot has been dislodged??? again i cannot really see a hole on my right gum but just a slit..... i am currently not in any pain but i am extremely worried that i will be in pain..is this an early sign of a dry socket?...

You are safe from dry socket after 72 hours usually. The white stuff is normal and is a good sign, it is supposed to happen. You will know if you get dry socket because you will be in a lot of pain that pain meds won't take away. I think you sound okay but if you are worried then do contact your dentist and let them advise you.

Dry socket whilst being very painful is very easily cured by the dentist that can give you immediate relief from it. I don't think you need to worry. :butterfly:
