Missing bottom Molars

Is it OK to have a missing bottom molar on each side of mouth? Chewing is fine... Or should I get an implant for each missing tooth? Will this cause issues in my mouth and jaw?

I am asking because I have heard a missing molar can cause issues with other teeth? The teeth I have missing are 18 and 31 (2nd molars).

I still have my 3rd molars (wisdom teeth).

it is likely that the third molars will tilt forward into the space vacated by the missing second molars. This may not matter but it could lead to foodpacking (and decay/gum disease) or uneven bite contacts. It is also possible that the upper teeth opposite the gap ould overgrow (overerupt) with similar risks.
Ideally fill the gaps, implants are ideal, but if not financially achievable then at least ask your dentist to assess the risks and monitor things for you.
