I can't even see them. What will happen at the Dentist in January?

Will it be more difficult to remove them than if they weren't sunk so low into the gum? How will the Dentist remove them?

In general, much easier to extract roots than a complete tooth. The crown bit just gets in the way when you're doing extractions.

It's always good for the dentist's ego when a patient thinks they're giving you an "impossible" job to remove their roots and you flick them out in 30s
