My sons new front teeth

Hi all. I would like some help please. My son is 6 years old and up until a couple of months ago he had the perfect smile. Whats happening at the moment though is that his new front teeth are coming through behind his milk teeth - which i guess is normal , but the milk ones dont look like they are ready to come out yet , they are now at a horrible angle making him look terribly "Buck Toothed"
They ( the milk teeth ) are still strong and dont feel like they want to come out , i wondered if he will maybe experience any pain , with the angle they are being pushed out at by his new teeth. He is autistic bless him , so he hasnt yet experienced a proper dentist visit only a dentist visiting his school. Thanks , stephen.

A child with special needs may well be eligible for care from the Community Dental Service in the UK. They have access to GA for treatment if required.

If it makes you feel any better yesterday I saw the daughters of a physician. One daughter had Down's syndrome while the other was autistic neither spoke unless directly asked a quation and then only a one or two word answer. Previous treatment with another dentist was a disaster. patients referred from the children's hospital. I have very happy to say that both patients allowed me to have a look at and did interact some with me. I expect that it will take a few years before they will accept me without some difficulties.
