Hi I am very nervous about going to the dentist this Monday. I am scared that my gums may be receding and one of my back molars needs to be repaired. The thing I fear the most is that all my teeth will fall out. As a child I did not take care of my teeth and once I was in high school I started taking care of them more but passively brushing them once a day... in the past two years, I am now 20 years old I have been taking better care of my teeth but I am scared that when I go to the dentist they will tell me there is no hope for me and they will tell me my receding gums are to severely gone.. I think it’s just anxiety. Normally I have no pain even in the tooth that looks a little weird. But recently since I started flossing and using mouthwash I noticed my gums are really sore. Also to make matters worse I recently recovered from binge eating disorder and usually after the binge episodes the last thing on my mind was to brush my teeth since I was wrapped up in self guilt and depression. It’s a really emotional situation and I am terrified, of the outcome and what they say needs to be done about my teeth.. I will insert pictures. My main fear is that they will tell me that all my teeth will fall out... ?

Your teeth are fine. You've got a bit of tartar round your lowers that needs professionally cleaned off, you may well be having a reaction to the mouthwash, most of them are a total waste of money, so stop using it for a bit.
There's a very slight amount of gingivitis around your lower incisor teeth, which is normal for somebody with a bit of tartar build up.

It takes years and years for teeth to get into a state where they'll start falling out, yours aren't even close to that stage :-)
