OK, this is a weird one. I've been taking (religiously) Ciprofloxacin for the past 2 weeks for an abscess under the tooth that I've now had extracted.
Trouble is, I've only got 2 days left of the antibiotics, and I've developed ANOTHER abscess in a different tooth!!!
There's no doubt it's abscessed - squidgy lump on gum next to tooth, but my question is... how the heck is this possible!?
The Cipro cleared my other abscess, so I know it's the correct kind of medication for the problem, but this is crazy!
Help!!
