Dental abscess

I have a dental abscess i think at least and i have extreme agroaphobia so im unable to make it to the dentist at this moment i am on antibiotics but im scarwd it’s just going to kill me or paralyze my face i would just like to know if it’s rare if happens or what

No it won't kill you or paralyse your face unless you have extremely serious underlying health issues. Despite what Dr Google might tell you, it's very rare for such things to happen in the Western world.
