please help, for missing teeth what would you do in this case?

I have three teeth missing in my lower jaw, two were extracted about 20 or so years ago (both premolars/first bicuspids) the other tooth (molar, second molar maybe?) is waiting for extraction because it was decayed and broke down to gumline.
what is the best way to replace them? between the premolars and the canines there is very little space so an implant would look very odd, a fixed bridge requires grinding down healthy teeth next to them and the bridge teeth would have to be rather thin. can they close those small gaps with veneers?
what should i do with the molar? the dentist has a fixed bridge scheduled for it but the neighbor teeth are perfectly healthy. for travelling/working reasons i don't think i have the time to wait for an implant, there is something called one stage implant, not sure if they're ok or not and they make them in one day i think.
i'm very stressed out, don't know what my options are i have to see my dentist tomorrow, he already did two fixed bridges on the upper jaw so i'm not sure how i feel about more filling down good teeth or how to close spaces.
also, i can't stand this broken molar anymore, it gives me pain but if they extract it tomorrow would that be ok?

Hello,

In general missing teeth can be replaced with implants (the best option, but also the most expensive and may not be suitable for every situation), a fixed bridge, or a removable partial denture. If you've already ruled out implants and if you're really against a bridge, the only option I can think of is a partial. The gap between premolars and canines can not be fixed with a veneer because a veneer is a thin piece of porcelain that is applied to the buccal/labial (cheek/lip) surface of an existing tooth. It is not meant to fill edentulous spaces. As for the molar giving you problems, after the extraction just take the pain medication as prescribed and you should feel better.

If you can afford it, I wouldn't let work reasons put you off getting an implant over whatever time frame is most appropriate. Molars don't show very much anyway. Grinding down healthy teeth for a bridge always seems crazy to me if it can be avoided. Best wishes.
