Hello, I recently had 2 upper molars pulled on each side I believe the one I’m referring to is 29. Besides the sinus cavity being exposed which hasn’t closed now all of a sudden I can feel this bulging fleshy lump coming from the hole. Which happened suddenly because it was not this way a couple days ago. It’s bright red and doesn’t hurt really just feels soft and is darkish red. I tried taking a photo but what could this be? I can’t be seen until after the holiday unfortunately. I’m freaking out a bit. IMG_8881.jpeg

Hard to be certain from that photo but it's probably the lining of the sinus. It'll be fine, just be a bit careful of it when eating and DON'T BLOW YOUR NOSE for a few days.

Thank you, I have been not using straws or blowing my nose since the extraction, but I forgot I had a otoscope for my son so I took a look last night because now it is starting to have a funny taste and it looks like either pus or maybe it’s mucous from my sinuses but I woke up with an awful sinus headache. I can do a telehealth with my dental insurance but so maybe I should do that for antibiotics?

That looks more like granulation tissue. Antibiotics are probably not needed but it wouldn't hurt to check with your dentist again.
