Scared going to loose teeth with calculus removal

So I've got an appointment tomorrow for a deep clean but for quite abit of calculus removal on front 4 bottom teeth due to depression and then dental anxiety. Am I being stupid in thinking I'm going to loose these teeth

I'm not rising to that bait...

No, you won't lose them from removing all the tartar. It emphatically doesn't contribute to holding teeth in place in any way shape or form. It just causes periodontal disease which does lead to loss of teeth eventually.
