side effects of local anethesia

I was givin local a few weeks ago and now i have noticed some strange mark on the top of both of my legs at the same place . it looks like a weird pinkish rash I noticed them like four days after my visit. Could this be caused by local? what will happen if i get local again cuz i have a nother vist coming up . is this something to be concerned about am i allergic to it
