Terrified re treatment with Parkinson's

I have Parkinson's Disease and choke easily. Terrified of aspiration! I had a split second sharp pain between 2 molars, short but painful. I'm 74 and did try tapping with a metal instrument and nothing happened. I flossed and no pain. I'm so afraid of extraction ............. I live in an area with few dentists and 1 oral surgeon.

Chances are you just bit down a bit too hard (easy to do when you've not got full muscle control). If it happens again go and get it checked out.
