Hello, I have a handful of areas where the acrylic ends that are tender but just the normal new denture pains, but what a difference a day makes hey, even found myself playing with them with my tongue flipping them up and down ( bad habit, mustn't do it):naughty:but wouldn't have contemplated doing that before, now got to get used to them get these gums healed and toughened up and smile!

No I can't believe it, my gums around my two top front teeth are hurting and I keep poking them with my tongue, and they are throbbing. I feel sorry for myself. I think I might have done it when flossing. I flossed tonight with some smooth floss then I decided to floss with this cotton floss that puffs up as you use it, and when I slipped it out from between my front teeth it was a bit tight. So silly me has hurt me :cry::silly::silly::silly:

I am glad you now have teeth doing acrobatics, how clever. Be careful you don't flip them right out of your mouth when playing. Are you really dying your hair purple? :cheer::cheer::cheer:You will match these pom poms
 
Oh No!:scared: Poor you, your tongue has to poke mine does that and causes mischief, hence the denture flipping!! Yes my hair is purple but I have brown hair so it's deep purple it's still wet so who knows how bright it will be when its dry let alone out in the sun! And anyone who says it's not my natural colour will be correct:giggle:

My teeth are fine I woke this morning all better, I must have got a bit silly with the floss.

If you bought and paid for your hair colour then it most certainly is yours. Someone asked me once some years ago if my hair was my own colour and I replied 'Of course' as if affronted by them even asking, then after a few seconds I used to smile and say 'I have the receipt to prove it'.

How is your mouth today?

Aren't we getting some nice weather, you won't believe it but I have been cold. Everyone is chucking their clothes off and I have got my cardi's out. I do like the fact that we don't need to wear coats though, we need more of this :rofl::rofl::rofl::butterfly::butterfly::butterfly:

my hair is a bit darker than normal but full of shiny bright purply colour in the sun :evil:
its been beautiful I sat out under a big parasol with my kindle reading with fizzy apple juice and hubby brought me a magnum ice cream:) spoilt rotten!! and another nice day forecast tomorrow:bounces:whoooooopeeeeeee!

I'm turning 50 in a couple of months.......................maybe I'll go with hot pink for hair color (I'm a dark blonde), temporary color though...................I'm not THAT brave!!!!! :giggle:
 
There is a lady I often see with white blonde hair who has purple in it it looks great :) I'd say go for it a cerise dip dye:jump::jump::jump::jump:

I'm very lucky that for my age, I really don't have THAT much gray. Maybe 20% of my hair, if that. You really have to look fairly close to see some gray hair.
My poor husband at my age was 60% gray.

If anyone can find one, I'll be happy to add it :)! I've been trying to find one in the past but my searches were somewhat unsuccessful... so if anyone spots a crossed smilie elsewhere, just post the link to it!!

I don't believe I did this, but I got it. Now I don't know how to insert it into the smilies, so letsconnect if you would be so kind. I liked a few on there I liked the moonwalking one and there are loads of good ones. I went on the first link for this.

Further down the first one I think or one I saved the photo off onto my album and used it that way but can't get it the way posted it, there was some eye opening ones too I just googled crossed smilies and that's what came up
 
Well after a pan landed on my foot I have ended up in hospital with cellulitis for IV antibiotics, certainly distracts from any denture rubbing!! Can just get internet on my phone so can keep up with you all AMD make sure you are behaving:rofl:

I don't know a few days I hope, it's not brilliant but with a zimmer frame I can at least hobble to loo:rofl: and avoid the commode:cry:
