I have reactive tinnitus, and need to have a crown on my upper front tooth.I have found a dentist that uses electric drills, but although they are quiet when idling, they were a lot louder when on the tooth.I am trying to find out if they peak at more than 85db which would cause more damage to my ears.I contacted the manufacturer, but they said that they couldn't tell me.Can anyone please advise,as using earplugs can actually make the noise more intense ,and I am very anxious about the whole situation
