This morning i was knawing on some smarties candies with my upper canine tooth on the left side, and now it's kinda sensitive to cold, saliva, lukewarm water, etc. Whst should i do? I brushed my teeth, drank milk, took my daily vitamin d3 pill and calcium pill. And it just started today. Should I not be worried and just relax? Btw im fairly young (18yrs old) anx ive always been paranoid about cavities and stuff like that

You may have bitten on it wrong and irritated it. Give it a couple of days to settle down before seeing a dentist. It does happen occasionally.
