Hiya,
I'm really nervous about going to the dentist but decided to go after having pain.
The dentist removed my upper left wisdom tooth and the root from a tooth that has fallen out naturally. The pain was quite bad for 2 days but this is the 5th day and the pain has increased especially around the gums where the root was removed.
The whole left side of my mouth feels sore even the lower left and the gums are really red.
I did lose parts of the blood clot on days 2 and 3 but I don't want to go back to he dentist unless I really have to.
Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks ❤️

I managed to take a photo of the gum where the root was removed.

Is the pain still increasing? If yes, go back to the dentist. If it's getting better then it's probably going to be OK.

Thanks for replying. It's started to hurt more since Monday and it's more or less the same apart from first thing this morning when it was really painful.
Should I still go back do you think?

Thanks Gordon ❤️
