Very scared to visit dentist

Had a root canal lower left molar around three years ago.

Now, a cavity (big whole in tooth) is visible on the right molar tooth. Dentist appointment in four hours. Though, there is not much pain, I am very scared.

Also, worried my tooth going down one by one.
